Group leader, and our managing partner, is Joe Corradino who has been a health care management administrator for over forty-three years, most of which as a New York State Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Joe's first Administrator position was in 1984 and since then, he has worked in For-Profit, Not-For Profit, Hospital based, and Government operated organizations. He has experience in the Special Focus Facility process, fiscally challenged facilities, and facility turnaround projects. He also has experience in providing service in Directed Plans of Care.

Experienced Health Care Executive with a demonstrated history of success in both the acute and post-acute health care industry. Experience with Public, Not-For Profit and For-Profit health systems. Skilled in Recruiting of permanent or interim LTC Leadership, Change Management, Turn-Around Culture Transformation, Budgeting, and Reimbursement. Strong operations professional holds Master's Degree-Canisius College, New York State Nursing Home License, Florida Nursing Home License, FACHE Certification and Executive Education-Health Care Delivery from Harvard Business School.

Brandon is a licensed New York State Nursing Home Administrator and has served as Administrator of Record and as an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator in the Central New York Region. A graduate of the Madden School of Business at Le Moyne College. Along with his leadership ability and regulatory knowledge, he has been responsible for some of the largest buildings in CNY between 202 and 583 beds. This experience as well as being the owner of Crossett Construction and Property Management LLC afforded specialized knowledge and experience in Building and Plant Operations Codes. He is also a United States Air Force veteran.
